PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, travelers' checks, and cash. Rates do not include 5% tax. Personal checks will be accepted no later than two weeks prior to check-in.

All rates include a full breakfast and afternoon tea, coffee, and desserts. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you have special dietary needs.

CHILDREN
We are unable to accept children under the age of 15.

PETS
We cannot accommodate pets out of consideration to our own dog and cat. Our pets are never allowed in the guest rooms.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed on the porches or outside. A charge of $250.00 will be made if this policy is not followed.

CHECK- IN is 3 p.m. -6p.m. (later check -in may be arranged in advance)

CHECK- OUT is at 11 a.m.

CANDLES
Due to insurance restrictions, we do not allow candles upstairs.

QUIET HOURS
From 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Out of respect for our other guests, kindly keep television and radio volume down at night.

VISITORS
Outside visitors are welcome, but please entertain them downstairs only. Also visitors need to leave by 11 p.m.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
We are able to accept only B.B.A.V. gift certificates or those that have been purchased through our innkeeper.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is two weeks advance notice. Your credit card will be charged for one night stay if notice is given later than two weeks before your reservation date.
